House-made Caesar dressing, crisp prosciutto,

croutons & shaved Parmesan cheese

House made broth, caramelized onions & crostini

baked with gruyere cheese

 

COURSE 2

Chicken

Bone-in Chicken Breast stuffed with brie cheese and garlic.

Topped with a white wine Herb sauce and served with 

seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes

OR

Vegetarian Pasta

Linguini tossed with home-made bail pesto, sundreid tomatoes

and toasted pine nuts. Finished with shaved Parmesan

Fish

Pan seared wild Salmon filet with olives, capers, lemon & dill.

Served with seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes
